By using the TOEFL Vocab Master 1 application ("the App") you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

TOEFL Vocab Master 1 is an English vocabulary learning app designed to help you prepare for the TOEFL exam. The App offers:

• A curated set of 500 advanced TOEFL-level words
• A structured level-based learning system
• Quizzes and spaced-repetition reviews
• Progress tracking and statistics

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Premium: Renews automatically each month
• Annual Premium: Renews automatically each year
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment, does not renew

Payment Terms:

• Payment is charged to your iTunes / Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription through your device settings (App Store / Google Play)
• Refunds are not issued for the unused portion of an active subscription period

3. User Account

• You must register with an email address to use the App
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

The following behaviours are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying or reverse-engineering the App
• Sharing or distributing content without permission
• Accessing the App through automated systems
• Negatively impacting other users' experience

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App (words, example sentences, design, code) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". No guarantee of exam success is given. Users are responsible for their own study plans.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
